Piczo is relaunching as a fashion and entertainment platform to attract a wider, older audience. The site, part of the Stardoll Network, was originally aimed at teens and allowed users to create their own blogs and web pages. It will now focus on fashion and entertainment blogging, enabling users to post pictures of their favourite outfits and tag the items of clothing by brand, store or item type. Users can click on tags to pull out similar clothing, follow blogs they’re interested in and hype content they like.

Stockholm Houses Stardoll

Stardoll allows its users to create their own paper dolls or style different celebrity dolls with virtual clothes and accessories, and now has a significant and growing community of 34 million users. The company needed additional data centre capacity to support their continued expansion.
